The Dexter Company Announces Name Change to Dexter Apache Holdings, Inc.
FAIRFIELD, Iowa.- February 13, 2007
The Dexter Company today announced that as a result of recent corporate restructuring and the October, 2006 acquisition of Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation, its Board of Directors has approved the change of its corporate name to Dexter Apache Holdings, Inc, effective immediately.
Dexter Apache Holdings, Inc. is comprised of four wholly owned subsidiaries including Dexter Laundry, Inc. and Dexter Foundry, Inc. located in Fairfield, Iowa, Dexter Financial Services, Inc. located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation headquartered in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin with operations in Plover, Wisconsin. Included in the Dexter Laundry, Inc. business are Century Laundry Distributing, Inc, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Easy Wash Laundry, Inc. located in Fairfield, Iowa. Headquarters for Dexter Apache Holdings, Inc. will remain in Fairfield, Iowa.
