With over a decade of commercial laundry and real estate experience, Jim has worked with coin laundry, on-premise and multi-housing laundry customers on the sale and service of equipment. Jim brings a wealth of experience to Century. He has also owned and operated coin laundries of his own, personally remodeling the locations, managing day to day operations, expanding gross sales, and selling the locations for a significant profit. He currently holds real estate licenses for both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and is experienced in brokering the sale of commercial laundry locations.
